Our client bought this 5 bedroom house overlooking the south coast of Cornwall with a view to a full renovation project. The client's vision was to wrap a balcony around the first floor and extend the building to the rear to make a new ground floor bathroom to the fifth bedroom.

We employed a local architect and contracting team and set to work on planning a full renovation of the existing building including installing sound proofing, heating system, rewire with new lighting scheme, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, staircase, windows and doors as well as the new balcony. Exterior lighting and landscaping was also brought into the plans. We carried out a complete service, from planning to implementation, design through to installation and project management of all trades throughout the build.
