Buying a new home clients often wonder where to start. Some of the answer often lies in the past. In this case, beginning with looking at the client's existing pieces of art and furniture that hold special memories. This became the springboard to the colours and designs that would form the basis for this stylish home. Fusing traditional pieces with more modern furniture creates a unique home that is personal and an expression of the owner's taste and history.

Working with the client's builder on floor finishes, fireplace and kitchen design we produced full bathroom and dressing room designs, floor plans, lighting schemes and full decoration and furnishings for the house. Being involved from an early stage in the build helped integrate many practical design elements seamlessly into the house meaning that the home worked perfectly for how the client lives.

The result is a blend of classic and contemporary, a home that truly tells a story both of the past and present.
