This beachfront apartment refurbishment involved turning one existing 2 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom and linking 2 apartments together totalling more than 4,000 sq ft. As part of the project, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens were also replaced and the floorplan was sympathetically altered to suit our client's new requirements. New furniture for inside and out was undertaken together with new curtains, blinds, flooring, joinery and lighting.

We worked closely with our client to redesign both the internal layout and balcony arrangements and once plans were approved local contractors were employed to carry out the main construction, plumbing, electrical and joinery works. Managing the process from the UK was made easier with the use of technology so that at all times our Spanish contractors and our team in the UK both knew what was happening on site.

The furniture, curtains, blinds, beds and media units were designed in the UK, collated and then shipped to Spain. All customs requirements were handled by the team and we flew out to meet the delivery and install everything. The result is a transformed contemporary twin apartment suite that perfectly suits the client's requirements.
